MONTHLY OVERVIEW:
You’ve got some sorting out to do, Gemini. November helps you bring order to the chaos in your everyday life. Like a sunflower, you turned your head defiantly toward the warm October rays, blossoming and swaying in the wind. There’s been an explosion of growth and change, which has left a mess. Now, it’s time to clean up from the party, to put everything neatly in its place.

The Scorpio sun helps you get healthy and organized. While the holidays aren’t normally when people start a fitness plan, your contrarian nature will enjoy dreaming up Thanksgiving treats made from pure ingredients (sweet potato pie sweetened with agave nectar, spelt stuffing) or handmade presents like lotion from raw shea butter and essential oils. Let your inner apothecarian play. On the 21st, the Sun moves into Sagittarius, your partnership sector. Relationships can grow closer over the holidays. Mend fences with important folks and play nice.

LOVE & ROMANCE:
On November 2nd, the full moon reveals all that you’ve secreted away. Are you bearing a grudge against someone? Out comes the bottled-up resentment. Perhaps there’s a smoking torch in your hand, held aloft with naïve hope that an ex will someday return. Douse it. Maybe you’ve simply given too much at the office, and you need to be doted on instead. Ask and ye shall receive.

This will be a stretch, because November’s planets put you in “hyper-giving” mode, and you’re tempted to escape your own needs by playing martyr. At the root of this is a fear of feeling vulnerable or looking needy, caused by your own perfectionism. Don’t disown your humanity. It’s okay not to have it all figured out. If you’re at a romantic crossroads, list the pros and cons of being together, or have an air-clearing talk. You could be overly critical of a lover now, or too picky for your own good. On the 21st, the Sun moves into Sagittarius, your commitment sector. Some Geminis can stop chasing Harry Winston this year, as a holiday proposal could be imminent.

MONEY & CAREER:
Chop wood, carry water, as the Buddhists say. November is all about handling those annoying but necessary tasks that give order to your life. Scraps of Post-its and unfiled business cards, insurance applications or change of address forms—just plow through the stacks with determination. Handle these “boring” admin items by Thanksgiving with a keen eye on the prize. You’re clearing a space for exciting partnership offers and contracts to come through when the Sun enters Sagittarius on the 21st.

Travel, study and entrepreneurship sail forward on November 4th, when Neptune ends its retrograde (backward) spin. Your imagination is free to take the helm again. If you’ve been feeling creatively stifled or landlocked by your obligations, start planning a project or vacation that fuels your aspirations. Gemini, your curious sign needs soak up new ideas. You’re a tastemaker and an “early adopter,” the first to try something that later becomes a fad. Don’t worry about being ahead of the curve. Create a blog, website or savvy marketing campaign to build a following for your original ideas.

HEALTH & FITNESS:
The leaves may be brown, but you’re turning green—in an organic, healthy way. The Sun and several planets visit Scorpio this month, your sixth house of health and fitness. While October was an indulgent time, it’s now easier to stick to a routine and manage unhealthy cravings. Your body is crying out for produce and nutrients. Head to a farmer’s market and Nutritional coach Cathy Vignola (www.cathyshealthtips.com) recommends an easy recipe you can make in a home juice extractor. Just throw these all into the juicer and voila—a yummy elixir of youth juice: 4-5 organic celery sticks, 1 whole organic cucumber, 1 handful of spinach, 1 organic green apple, and 1 organic lemon.

Intrepid Geminis should check out the blog and film No Impact Man (www.noimpactman.com) about a New York City family who went sustainable for a year, even forgoing toilet paper and electricity. Of course, you may not adopt such extreme measures, but it will spark interesting ideas.

At the November 2nd full moon, clear toxic emotions and attachments. Someone you admire could speak harshly to you, perhaps berating you with unfair criticism. You could exchange heated words due to pent-up frustration. Don’t put up with bullcrap, Gemini. You deserve respect, and you’re nobody’s doormat. However, make sure you’re giving out what you want in return.
