Imagination or innovation? How about both? This week is simultaneously dreamy and productive, thanks to a special connection between enchanting Neptune in Pisces and go-getter Mars in Scorpio. The two will form a flowy, harmonious trine (60-degree angle), which allows them to combine their energies in a helpful, proactive way. Neptune governs our subconscious minds while Mars brings a feisty, can-do vibe to the equation. Their combined forces—which will be strongest on Thursday—encourages inner work so we can grow, heal and change. Since both planets are parked in water signs, we could make big strides on the emotional and creative fronts. Forgive and hug it out; or maybe just seal a chapter in the vault, leaving the past in the past. Artistic types could end the week with something major and exciting to show for their efforts.
On Friday, the confident Sun and clever Mercury meet up at the same degree of Leo, bringing out the show ponies in us all. This is a potent day for performers and presenters. If you have a pitch meeting to schedule, Friday will be stellar. Don’t skimp on the colorful graphics, audio and even a few special effects. Of course, Leo is the sign that governs the ego, so we might even have to tone down the ringmaster theatrics a bit. Give ‘em “the greatest show on Earth” but make sure to back up all those circus tricks with some empirical data and facts. And what’s in it for THEM? We may all be a little too hungry for the applause, applause and forget to be of service to others.
Sunday marks the full moon in Aquarius, the sign of community, technology and humanitarian efforts. Now’s the time to become an official member of a group, or to develop/launch a blog, app, or e-commerce venture. Over the two weeks that follow this full moon, find ways to make a direct difference in your corner of the world. There’s more than enough to go around if we put a rest to the “every man for himself” M.O. Head’s up: this full moon will form a tricky T-square (three-way tug of war) with controlling Saturn in Scorpio and the swagger-happy Sun and Mercury in Leo. As la luna gives us permission to fly our freak flags, we could get some serious backlash from the people in our lives. Also, some folks may feel threatened by our social experimentation, preferring to keep us locked into a tight little clique. Or, if you’re on the other side of the equation, you may have to let go a little, allowing loved ones to expand and explore without judging. T-squares provoke change; they push us against the wall so that we have to do something differently. Given the inventive energy of Aquarius, some brilliant solutions will emerge. So don’t freak out if things unravel a bit. Just turn towards the unconventional instead of the traditional when finding the fix.
