- What if I accidentally leave the show while it’s in progress?
No worries! Simply log back into the Fireside app or rejoin from your browser. Click on the link for the show in progress and you'll be added right back in.
Pro tip: If you're on a browser, avoid clicking the icons in the strip above the broadcast as they'll take you out of show. But if you do, no worries—just follow the instructions above and come back in.
- How do I join a show or watch a replay?
To Join a Live Show or Watch a Replay
If you’re on an iPhone or iPad, please download the Fireside app and then enter your phone # to sign in.
To join shows on the Network, go to the AstroTwins Network portal here . Set up your profile before the show
If you’re on an iPhone or iPad, please update your Profile by tapping the “Profile” icon in the navigation bar.
- Tap profile image to update your profile picture
- Tap bio to edit the description
- How do I add shows to my calendar?
- Open the Fireside app and go to The AstroTwins Network
- Go to Highlights
- Select an event
- Click on the bell
- Choose the calendar you would like to add the event to
- Do this process for each event individual event
At this time, there is no way to add all events at once
- How do I change my profile name and picture?
- Sign into the App on your phone or browser
- On the bottom navigation bar, click on the little person
- In the upper right hand corner, click on the pencil
- Change your photo: Tap on the photo and change the photo
- Change your name: Edit your bio
- Save your changes
- Is it better to log in on a phone/tablet or on a browser?
The Fireside app is regularly adding more features and capabilities. As of December 2023, the experience is best suited to a phone or tablet if you want to participate live (raise your hand, come on camera and ask Ophi and Tali a questions). If you want to simply watch and chat, you can log in from the web.
If you're on a phone or tablet, please access Fireside via the app, not from a mobile browser.
- Connectivity issues (VPN or firewall)
If your wireless network is a VPN (virtual private network) or protected by a super-strong firewall, its security settings may prevent you from logging into the app. In this case, use your phone's wireless service to access instead.
