Sober, structured Saturn dives deep into Scorpio from October 2012 until September 17, 2015.
On October 5, 2012, structured Saturn began a three-year tour of mystical, intense Scorpio. Saturn is the personal trainer planet, which shines a light on the tough lessons we need to push through in order to grow and learn. Scorpio is the sign that rules power, transformation, financial investments, sexuality and shared resources. On the world stage, we can expect to see more major shifts with governments and the sharing of natural resources (especially water…Scorpio is a water sign). Saturn likes stability, and hopefully the financial market will benefit from its tour of Scorpio. Sexuality and issues regarding fertility, contraception, and choice will continue to play out as major topics in the news.
There is an “extreme makeover” quality to Saturn in Scorpio, so anyone wishing to push past a tough hurdle in life will have this mighty planet to work with. But don’t expect overnight results. Slow and steady growth is disciplined Saturn’s way–no pain, no gain. This is a phoenix rising from the ashes phase, so letting go of a beloved vice may be the only way for us to fly.
Note: Saturn will take a short trip into Sagittarius from December 23, 2014-June 15, 2015. It won’t enter Sagittarius for its longer run until September 17, 2015.
