Say less! (No, really…) Mouthpiece Mercury goes retrograde (backward) for the first time this year on February 26, disrupting technology, communication and travel for the rest of winter. This cycle happens three or four times a year, and it's notorious for confounding interpersonal matters, from crossed wires in conversations to plans that unravel despite your best intentions.
Between now and March 20, Mercury is retrograde in Pisces and your third house of communication. In this zone, it creates a double-whammy effect that could threaten the peace in your friend circle. Silly mistakes can blow up into big misunderstandings, such as a message sent in haste, taken out of context or forwarded beyond its intended audience. Human beings love to gossip, but you could get a little too excited about joining those tea parties and get scalded in the process.
